📋 Requirements

• 5 years experience in retail/commerce technology companies.
• Experience using data to drive business performance (e.g., conversion optimization).
• Strong understanding of modern data stack, SaaS, and cloud technologies.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.

• Experience in GTM or sales-aligned role within SaaS.
