💼 About This Role

You'll manage the full implementation lifecycle for new customers at 360Learning, working cross-department to translate client use cases into platform configuration. Your core impact is ensuring successful deployment of the 360Learning platform through project management, technical workshops, and integrations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage all phases of the implementation lifecycle from kick-off to handover.
• Host functional and technical workshops with clients to customize their platform.
• Facilitate integrations including flat files, APIs, and third-party apps.
• Drive project management and define platform architecture for clients.

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience in a customer-facing role like Technical Consultant or Implementation Manager.
• Previous deployment experience of SaaS products, ideally HR related.
• Understanding and experience working with APIs, SSO configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Native French proficiency and very good English proficiency (B2).

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Trello or similar project management tools.
• Familiarity with 360Learning platform or similar LMS.
• Knowledge of professional services delivery and platform audits.
