💼 About This Role

You'll support Mildly Cognitively Impaired students in a school setting. You'll build relationships with students and parents to ensure a safe, welcoming learning environment. This role is crucial for student success in special education.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build relationships with students and parents
• Support teachers in engaging and supporting students
• Ensure safety of students on caseload
• Incorporate feedback from school leaders and colleagues

📋 Requirements

• Associate's Degree or 60 completed college credits or passing ETS Paraprofessional Exam

✨ Nice to Have

• Previous experience working with students in small group and RTI settings
• Understanding of how to read and understand a student's IEP
• Desire to become a certified teacher long term
