You'll lead the design and evolution of global compensation and benefits programs at an omnichannel advertising platform. You'll partner with executive leadership on annual planning cycles and board-level reporting, driving scalable processes and analytical rigor. This role offers high visibility in a fast-paced, global environment.
π― What You'll Do
- Design governance of global compensation programs including salary structures and incentive plans
- Manage annual compensation cycle with Finance and executive leadership
- Conduct market benchmarking using tools like Mercer and Radford
- Provide data-driven recommendations on compensation strategy and pay positioning
π Requirements
- 8β12+ years of progressive experience in compensation and total rewards
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel for complex scenario modeling
- Experience using compensation benchmarking tools such as Mercer or Radford
- Experience supporting executive compensation and board-level reporting

- Experience in technology or ad-tech companies
- Familiarity with equity award valuation and vesting schedules
