You'll serve as the internal subject matter expert for Calyxo's CVAC System, synthesizing feedback from surgeons and sales to define procedural best practices. You'll drive product value by creating customer-facing training materials and scaling hands-on demonstrations. This role is pivotal in revolutionizing kidney stone treatment at a fast-growing medtech company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain procedural best practices for Calyxo products
• Create customer-facing training materials including technical documentation
• Design and execute hands-on product demonstrations for key stakeholders
• Partner with sales, R&D, and clinical teams to align product value communication

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of experience in medical education, product management, or sales training
• 7+ years in the medical device industry
• Experience with Class II or III medical devices preferred
