💼 About This Role

You'll drive adoption of Anchorage Digital's platform by API clients and partners, building the Solutions Engineering & Developer Experience practice. You'll streamline client implementations from pre-sales to post-go-live, influence API product strategy through feedback, and create elegant integration experiences for automated, scalable use cases.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead technical implementation design for client integrations from pre-sales to post-go-live.
• Build the Developer Experience by refining developer portal and authoring documentation and tutorials.
• Implement smart triage automation for quicker diagnosis and response to technical issues.
• Drive cross-product API cohesion and establish robust pre-release testing frameworks.

📋 Requirements

• 2-5 years experience in Solutions Engineering or Developer Experience supporting client system design.
• 1-3 years experience building, designing, or implementing APIs.
• Background in engineering with ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams.
• Autonomous decision-making aligned with strategic goals and deep investment in end-user experience.

• Prior experience with API testing or basic scripting.
• Contributed to technical documentation or client-facing enablement materials.
• Led client solution design sessions driving them to completion across stakeholders.
