🎯 What You'll Do

  • Answer support tickets and guide users through product issues
  • Generate product documentation and report bugs to engineering
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to improve customer experience
  • Build playbooks and best practice guides for customer success

📋 Requirements

  • 4+ years in customer-facing or customer management role
  • B2B SaaS experience in a fast-paced environment
  • BA or BS degree
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience with Zendesk and Salesforce
  • Ability to travel for customer visits
