You'll lead product management for technical product lines, driving P&L from concept to end-of-life. You'll own the product roadmap and collaborate cross-functionally to launch new products. This role offers remote flexibility within a dynamic team environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Gather VOC input on new product concepts from key customers.
• Conduct competitive analysis to identify solution advantages.
• Define and execute product roadmap for assigned area.
• Own NPD process ensuring technical and financial viability.
• Review pricing and recommend market-aligned changes.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 10 years of relevant technical application or sales experience.
• Demonstrated experience in product management and NPI.
• Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences.
