💼 About This Role

You'll join a multi-disciplinary team providing rehabilitative care to adult and geriatric clients in their homes. You'll perform diagnostic tests and measurements, develop individualized care plans, and educate clients and families. This role offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus and the opportunity to work with a leading home health care provider.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Make home visits in designated geographic territories.
• Perform diagnostic tests and measurements of mobility, strength, and balance.
• Implement integumentary protective interventions for wound prevention.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans with therapeutic exercises.

📋 Requirements

• Current NJ Physical Therapist license.
• Graduation from an APTA-approved program.
• One year prior clinical experience as a licensed Physical Therapist.
