You'll lead a team to deliver an exceptional customer experience at a premium western wear retailer. You'll drive sales and operational excellence while developing talent and managing store operations. • Cultivate genuine customer connections and act as a brand ambassador
• Support store manager in recruiting, hiring, and retaining top talent
• Deliver world-class in-person training to new team members
• Execute visual merchandising directives and maintain store presentation

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of retail management experience
• Proven record of hiring and developing great talent
• Strong selling and customer service skills
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
