Description

You will lead the Lending analytics team at Chime, driving strategy and execution across lending products to responsibly expand access to liquidity while improving member financial health. You'll partner with Product, Strategy, Finance, and Engineering leaders to shape decisions that reach millions of members.

Requirements

• 8+ years in analytics, 3+ years managing high-performing teams in fintech or consumer tech
• Expertise in experimentation and causal inference
• Strong product intuition connecting member behaviors to product roadmaps
• Exceptional communication skills presenting complex data to executives
• Hands-on technical depth in SQL and analytics tools

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of high-performing analysts across multiple product teams
• Partner with Product, Strategy, and Finance leaders to define and scale lending strategy
• Drive experimentation as a thought partner to Product, designing and analyzing tests
• Translate complex data into actionable insights and executive-ready narratives
• Define north star metrics and evolve dashboards for portfolio performance and unit economics
