🎯 What You'll Do

• Design mobile-first experiences for Medicare Advantage shoppers.
• Create low and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma.
• Collaborate with engineers, researchers, and content designers.
• Lead early concepts, wireframes, and prototypes.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product or UX design.
• Advanced Figma skills including component libraries and prototyping.
• Experience working in agile teams with developers and researchers.
• Use research and analytics to inform design decisions.
