💼 About This Role
You'll conduct user research and playtesting to shape meaningful game experiences. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide evidence-based insights.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Support senior researchers with planning and running user research studies.
- Conduct user interviews, usability tests, and feedback sessions.
- Analyze findings and identify patterns, themes, and user pain points.
- Summarize insights into reports, presentations, or other outputs.
📋 Requirements
- Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Cognitive Psychology, Human Factors).
- Knowledge of qualitative user research methods.
- Competency in quantitative user research and data analysis (e.g., descriptive statistics).
- Understanding of User Experience and Game Design best practices.
✨ Nice to Have
- Familiarity with survey scale design.
- Experience with generative research.
- Ability to create data visualizations.
