💼 About This Role

You'll conduct user research and playtesting to shape meaningful game experiences. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide evidence-based insights.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Support senior researchers with planning and running user research studies.
  • Conduct user interviews, usability tests, and feedback sessions.
  • Analyze findings and identify patterns, themes, and user pain points.
  • Summarize insights into reports, presentations, or other outputs.

📋 Requirements

  • Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Cognitive Psychology, Human Factors).
  • Knowledge of qualitative user research methods.
  • Competency in quantitative user research and data analysis (e.g., descriptive statistics).
  • Understanding of User Experience and Game Design best practices.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with survey scale design.
  • Experience with generative research.
  • Ability to create data visualizations.
