Description

You will install, maintain, and repair the Tablo Hemodialysis System at customer sites and patient homes. You'll serve as a technical expert, provide remote support, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal system performance, directly impacting patient care.

Requirements

Associates degree in relevant field or military equivalent
5+ years field service experience
Knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and fluidics components
Valid driver's license and good driving record
Ability to travel overnight up to 50%

Responsibilities

Install, troubleshoot, and repair Tablo Dialysis Systems
Perform scheduled preventative maintenance including calibrations and upgrades
Deliver first and second level technical support
Accurately document service activities and manage spares inventory
Provide feedback to R&D on product performance and serviceability
