Description

As a HUMINT Collection Management Officer SME, you will develop and synchronize comprehensive HUMINT collection strategies supporting Unconventional Warfare and Counter-Terrorism objectives. You will manage the full life cycle of Intelligence Collection Requirements and embed collection management into the F3EAD cycle, ensuring rapid exploitation of captured materials and personnel.

Requirements

• TS/SCI clearance required
• 8+ years in HUMINT, with at least 3 years in Collection Management role
• Mastery of HOT-R, CHROME, GCOMS, and Multimedia Message Manager (M3)
• Graduate of JHATC or DHMC
• Ability to deploy and valid US Passport

Responsibilities

• Develop and synchronize HUMINT collection strategies for UW and CT objectives
• Manage full life cycle of Intelligence Collection Requirements (ICR)
• Embed collection management into F3EAD cycle for rapid exploitation
• Review and sanitize Intelligence Information Reports (IIRs)
• Work with counterintelligence and operational vetting cells
