💼 About This Role

You'll provide home health occupational therapy to patients in their own homes, performing 1:1 direct care. You'll enjoy flexible per diem scheduling with 24/7 clinical support from an interdisciplinary team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform home visits for occupational therapy evaluations
• Develop individualized intervention plans
• Assess home environment for hazards and adaptations
• Document patient care using touch pad tablet

📋 Requirements

• Current Missouri Occupational Therapist license
• Minimum 1 year of recent OT work experience
• Graduation from an accredited OT program
• Ability to travel locally to patient homes
