💼 About This Role

You'll lead safety initiatives for data center construction projects at Crusoe, a vertically integrated AI infrastructure company. You'll partner with the safety team to mitigate risks and foster a strong safety culture across projects. This role offers the chance to drive HSE excellence in mission-critical builds.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with safety director to assess operational risks and create action plans.
• Conduct risk assessments and recommend measures to reduce worker exposure.
• Develop and implement HSE procedures, work instructions, and checklists.
• Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant industry experience in data center construction or similar.
• Deep knowledge of HSE regulations at Federal and State levels.
• Proven experience implementing HSE policies in an operational environment.
• Legal authorization to work in the US without sponsorship.

• University degree in Occupational Safety or related field.
• Expertise in steel erection and electrical/mechanical safety (NFPA 70E).
• Certifications such as CSP, ASP, or CHST.
