Requirements

• 5+ years experience in Interior Design/Architecture with hospitality or multi-unit residential focus
• Proficiency in Revit and Enscape
• Fluency in German
• Experience mentoring junior team members
• Agile mindset thriving in fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Head of Design and regional Design Managers to develop on-brand aesthetic
• Support Research Development team on brand concept updates and FFE innovations
• Review and approve construction documentation from external partners
• Prepare full tender sets for project FFE scope
• Conduct site visits to ensure design quality and vision
