Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit qualified healthcare professionals for short-term assignments
• Proactively contact and recruit prospective candidates to build relationships and qualify them for opportunities
• Educate candidates on benefits of a travel healthcare career
• Generate leads through recruiting channels, strategic planning and referrals
