You'll join a top-notch Disputes Project Management Team to design and implement onboarding processes that set partners up for success. You'll drive scalable onboarding workflows and directly impact customer experience. This hybrid role offers exposure to cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced fintech environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Create and manage project plans for onboarding new customers.
• Lead project planning and deployment of new Disputes tools.
• Coordinate with internal teams to track progress and status.
• Support process development and documentation for teams and customers.

📋 Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in a client-facing role with project management responsibilities.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet, Jira).
• Strong organizational and planning skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining quality.

✨ Nice to Have

• Proficient in Visio/Lucidchart.
• Knowledge of disputes and chargebacks.
• Knowledge of payment processing.
