Description

You will lead and guide the regional sales team to achieve budgeted sales plans, implement growth strategies, and expand BAYADA's Home Health services. You'll recruit, develop, and mentor sales leaders, drive key performance indicators, and build relationships with major customers and internal partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5+ years senior level Medicare Certified Home Health sales management experience
• Proven record of success in senior level management, preferably in healthcare
• Strong coaching, people development, and negotiating skills
• Excellent communication and analytical skills

Responsibilities

• Direct the Regional Sales Team to develop vision and strategic plan for expansion
• Partner with Regional Director of Operations to achieve region goals
• Recruit, hire, and develop Sales leaders such as Area Sales Directors
• Establish sales KPIs and ensure achievement of growth objectives
• Oversee Quarterly Business Reviews and regional sales reviews
