Description

You will provide legal advice to teams across product development, from initial stages to launch, supporting business teams and ensuring compliance with industry laws. This role involves working with global technology companies and requires building consensus on projects.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience as product, technology, commercial, privacy, or IP counsel
• Active bar license in state of residence
• Experience taking on complex projects

Responsibilities

• Counsel clients on product development and legal risk mitigation
• Provide legal advice to cross-functional teams (R&D, Engineering, Marketing, etc.)
• Review global products and features for legal compliance
• Build consensus on projects from design to launch
• Stay updated on data privacy, consumer protection, and advertising laws
