You'll drive exponential supply growth for Addi Marketplace by building a data-driven prospecting engine. You'll leverage agentic AI and advanced data enrichment to dictate lead priority and outbound execution. This role bridges raw market data and commercial success.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build automated scraping and gap-analysis scripts for precision lead generation
• Implement multi-channel AI-assisted outreach sequences
• Deploy automated prospecting flows via WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and Phone
• Maintain data quality in Salesforce with automated enrichment audits
• Automate handoff workflows and CRM alerts to reduce lead-to-contact time

📋 Requirements

• 1–3 years in RevOps, Sales Ops, or Growth Engineering
• Proficiency in SQL and data manipulation (Excel/Sheets/Python)
• Experience building prospecting dashboards in Salesforce or Looker

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with agentic sales platforms like Clay, Apollo, or PhantomBuster
• Experience with WhatsApp Business API
• Ability to lead Pipeline War Rooms
