🎯 What You'll Do

• Redesign payment conversion processes for workplace customers
• Research and onboard AI agent vendors for customer-facing efforts
• Build predictive analytics models to catch bad payers early
• Manage a team of agents within one of the Operations teams

• Problem-solving ability demonstrated through real-world work
• Curiosity and ability to notice non-obvious patterns

• Adaptability to work on different types of projects
