💼 About This Role

You'll provide direct casework services to DOL Pathway Home program participants, including intake, needs assessment, and treatment progress monitoring. You'll help participants develop core competencies for workforce success and mentor them through weekly one-on-one sessions. This role offers the chance to make a real impact in a therapeutic community environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct intake and needs assessments for assigned caseload.
• Develop and monitor Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
• Provide weekly 1:1 and small group mentoring on life skills and resume building.
• Assist participants with applying for full-time employment and college enrollment.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in social sciences or related field, OR high school diploma plus 2 years experience with criminal justice population.
• Experience counseling justice-involved individuals in prison or similar setting.
• Valid California driver's license and eligibility for vehicle insurance.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with motivational interviewing and trauma-informed care.
• Knowledge of Apricot data entry system.
• Familiarity with workforce development soft skills.
