🎯 What You'll Do

• Plan and execute large-user migrations end-to-end
• Run SQL queries and build dashboards to track migration status
• Configure internal system queues for migration workflows
• Review KYC/KYB documents and make verification decisions
• Communicate with account teams and external users

📋 Requirements

• Strong English communication skills
• Ability to synthesize large data sets to identify trends
• Proven user-facing experience including customer calls
• Process-oriented mindset with history of solving inefficiencies
