You'll own the growth strategy for a bootstrapped startup scaling user acquisition across Meta, Google, and TikTok with multi-million dollar budgets. You'll directly impact aggressive daily ad spend goals of $100k+ and expanding our market footprint in mobile apps and fintech. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and execute performance marketing strategy to achieve $100k+ daily ad spend
• Manage high-budget UA campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and more
• Allocate multi-million dollar budgets with full autonomy for optimal ROI
• Identify and launch new UA channels from scratch to expand reach

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years performance marketing experience
• Proven track record scaling UA budgets to $100k+ daily
• Deep hands-on expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Ability to identify and scale new acquisition channels from ground up
