  • Handle inbound and outbound support interactions across standard scenarios
  • Document interactions accurately, including notes, tagging, and outcomes
  • Escalate issues appropriately with clear context for faster resolution
  • Collaborate with peers and team leads to ensure consistent execution

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, minimum B2 level
  • 1-3 years experience in customer support, operations, or similar role
  • Strong attention to detail with ability to process requests accurately
  • Comfort using ticketing systems, CRMs, and basic spreadsheets
