💼 About This Role

You'll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to implement care plans and provide direct physical therapy to frail elderly participants in-center and at home. You'll build long-term relationships with lower patient volumes than typical settings. This role emphasizes work-life balance with no after-hours documentation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Administer participant treatment programs as established by the Physical Therapist
• Assist in obtaining vital signs, ranges of motion, and strength testing
• Coordinate with rehab team to implement activities based on treatment plans
• Document physical therapy interventions per care plans

📋 Requirements

• PTA associate's degree from an accredited program
• Valid PTA license or proof of license eligibility
• Minimum of two years of PTA experience with frail or elderly population
