💼 About This Role

You'll provide ongoing client care as part of an interprofessional health care team, observing, monitoring, and reporting changes in client status. You'll deliver prescribed medications accurately and support individuals with mental health diagnoses, neurological conditions, and complex care needs.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Observe, monitor, and report changes in client status.
• Deliver prescribed medications accurately per policy.
• Support clients with mental health and neurological conditions.
• Assist with lifting, transferring, and repositioning clients.

📋 Requirements

• Graduation from an Alberta Government recognized Health Care Aide program.
• Active registration in the Alberta HCA Directory.
• Ability to effectively communicate in English.
• Physically capable of frequent lifting and transferring clients.

✨ Nice to Have

• Related experience in a health care facility.
• Training in trauma-informed care.
• Experience with neurological conditions such as brain injury or MS.

🚩 Heads Up

• Casual position with no guaranteed hours.
• Shift includes nights and weekends.
