Description

You will join the IT team to administer and make architectural decisions with Bloomerang's core technology apps, handling advanced systems administration, automation, and cross-functional project delivery.

Requirements

• Proven ability to install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain complex IT systems
• Expert-level macOS administration with supplemental Windows support
• Hands-on experience with Okta, Google Workspace, and Slack
• Practical experience with AWS Admin Portal
• Experience using generative and agentic AI tools for automation

Responsibilities

• Full-spectrum installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT infrastructure
• Integrate applications via APIs and workflow automation tools
• Serve as primary escalation point for Desktop Support Engineers
• Facilitate and deliver technical solutions across business units
• Maintain rigorous ticket quality control
