You'll act as the composites commodity expert for a defense tech company, securing critical components and materials. You'll drive cost reduction and supply chain resilience through strategic sourcing and supplier partnerships. This role offers direct impact on product development in a high-growth environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and execute commodity strategies for composites
• Lead RFI/RFQ/RFP and strategic sourcing process
• Negotiate key agreements with suppliers
• Manage supplier performance metrics

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in composites commodity management or sourcing engineering
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. TS clearance
