💼 About This Role

You'll oversee school operations across a network of K-12 charter schools, coaching Assistant Principals of Operations to drive effective implementation of operational systems. You'll partner with central office teams to design, monitor, and continuously improve the school operations model. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and improve the school operations model across campuses.
• Coach and manage a caseload of Assistant Principals of Operations.
• Ensure compliance and data integrity for non-instructional programs.
• Oversee facility projects and space planning with network teams.

📋 Requirements

• 5-7 years of leadership experience in school operations.
• At least 4 years managing high-performing teams.
• Experience creating scalable systems and processes.
• Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary projects.

• Experience working in urban education.
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
