Description

You will support The Hollywood Reporter's events and custom content team, ensuring flawless delivery of industry and consumer-facing experiences, video content, and advertiser partnership programs. You'll manage event logistics, budgets, vendor relationships, and cross-functional coordination to drive revenue growth.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of event and content production experience
• Strong financial acumen and ability to manage P&Ls
• Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Proficiency in G Suite and Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Support senior event staff from planning to execution and post-event wrap-up
• Track and manage budgets, expenses, and financial reconciliation
• Manage partnerships with brands and vendors to optimize budgets
• Coordinate end-to-end production of virtual and in-person events
• Manage event logistics including venue, F&B, A/V, security, and transportation
