You'll gain hands-on experience providing front-line technical support for a high-growth AI company. You'll assist Podium employees with hardware, software, and systems while learning enterprise IT operations. This internship offers exposure to IT lifecycle management and rapid skill development in a supportive environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide technical support via calls, chat, email, and remote tools
• Process employee onboarding and termination tickets
• Troubleshoot issues using knowledge articles and diagnostic tools
• Triage and route complex tickets to Tier 2 support

📋 Requirements

• Fluent English with strong communication skills
• Foundational knowledge of MacOS and Windows 10/11
• Basic understanding of iOS mobile devices
• Desire to learn email and cloud system support

✨ Nice to Have

• Pursuing degree in IT, Computer Science, or related
• CompTIA A+ Certification or studying for it
• Previous customer service experience
