💼 About This Role

You'll embed with research and infrastructure teams to accelerate frontier model development, owning cross-functional programs spanning training infrastructure. You'll be a force multiplier, driving clarity and decisions to ensure massive training runs succeed. This role focuses on scaling our research infrastructure and requires a first-responder mentality to manage incidents and drive continuous improvement.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own cross-functional programs for training infrastructure and cluster reliability
• Drive coordination scaling training stack with engineering leads and partners
• Jump into incidents to triage, coordinate response, and drive resolution
• Partner with leads to identify bottlenecks and tie investments to research velocity

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in technical program management, research ops, or infrastructure coordination
• Deep technical knowledge of distributed training frameworks, GPU clusters, networking, storage
• Proven ability to operate in high-ambiguity, fast-moving environments
• Track record managing complex multi-team programs with hard deadlines

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in ML/AI or large-scale distributed systems environments
• Comfortable operating in crisis mode
• Motivated by enabling researchers to build open-weight AI systems
