You'll lead our Genesys Cloud CX practice, building and scaling implementation services for enterprise clients. You'll drive P&L ownership, solution innovation, and team development to position us as a premier partner. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Own delivery governance and P&L for Genesys Cloud CX practice
• Develop scalable implementation frameworks and accelerators
• Support complex engagements as trusted advisor to C-suite
• Recruit, develop, and retain top-tier Genesys talent

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in CCaaS delivery, with Genesys Cloud CX expertise
• Proven experience managing a practice P&L and driving revenue growth
• Deep knowledge of enterprise contact center architecture and AI capabilities
• Experience leading client engagements and building executive relationships

✨ Nice to Have

• Genesys certification(s)
• Experience with WEM, workforce engagement, or AI-driven routing
• Prior experience in a consulting or professional services firm
