You'll lead the Aero Value Stream by embodying Lean principles and driving a culture of continuous improvement. You'll optimize processes and productivity initiatives globally, shaping standards across the organization. This role acts as a key liaison, ensuring successful execution of technology and process advancements for reliable energy solutions worldwide.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead development and improvement of outage standards for LM6000, LM2500, LMS100 technologies.
• Oversee deployment of Live Outage content to the field as primary ambassador.
• Drive adoption of standard work, planning, and reconciliation best practices.
• Serve as equipment-specific subject matter expert for supported platforms.
• Lead global Kaizen calendar with focus on Lean, 5S, and continuous improvement.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with minimum 5 years of Field Engineer or Project management experience.
• Minimum 11 years progressive experience in the field.
• Strong experience in power generation and field services in Heavy Duty Gas and/or Steam Turbine maintenance.
• Proficiency in English is required.
