You'll join Benevity's FP&A team to own financial forecasts and support strategic business decisions through ROI-focused modeling. You'll leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis and help the world's leading brands do good.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist in developing the annual budget
• Own and develop financial forecasts
• Deliver variance analysis of financial, people, and operational data
• Support strategic decisions through ROI-focused financial modeling

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of FP&A or corporate finance experience
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling and Excel
• Experience with or curiosity about AI tools
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Oracle NetSuite, Pigment, Adaptive Insights, or Salesforce
• SaaS or Fintech industry background
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
