- Manage 200-400 accounts with digital engagement models
- Build scalable workflows for onboarding and renewal
- Drive product adoption using tech-forward methods
- Support schools using student wellness tools
📋 Requirements
- Experience in a customer success or customer-facing SaaS role
- Track record of managing 200–400 accounts with digital engagement
- Familiarity with Gainsight, Salesforce, and customer marketing platforms
