💼 About This Role

You'll calculate commissions for the UK sales team at a Series D edtech unicorn, working across Sales, FP&A, and Accounting. Your work will ensure accurate and compliant payments while gaining exposure to the rigour of a high-growth tech company. You'll also contribute to process improvements by leveraging AI and automation tools.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver accurate monthly and year-end commission calculations for the UK sales organisation
• Reconcile commissions data between CRM and commissions system
• Produce monthly commissions dashboards and variance analysis for leadership
• Support Commissions system administration including data integration and plan configuration

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related numerate discipline
• 2-3 years of experience in a finance, accounting, or analytical role
• Currently studying towards a professional accountancy qualification (ACCA, ACA or equivalent)
• Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets including pivot tables and complex formulas

• Working understanding of IFRS 15 accounting treatment for sales commissions
• Experience with commissions software such as Spiff or equivalent
• Interest in using AI tools to improve analytical workflows
