You'll own and administer the support tech stack including Zendesk, Salesforce, Slack, and Linear, designing AI-powered workflows to boost efficiency. You'll act as the dedicated partner embedded within the support ecosystem, improving customer experience through intelligent automation.

  • Administer support tech stack (Zendesk, Salesforce, Slack, Linear)
  • Design and implement AI-powered workflows and automation rules
  • Build SOPs and knowledge base for scalable self-service
  • Monitor performance metrics (CSAT, resolution rates, automation rates)

  • Support operations or systems administration experience
