You'll own and administer the support tech stack including Zendesk, Salesforce, Slack, and Linear, designing AI-powered workflows to boost efficiency. You'll act as the dedicated partner embedded within the support ecosystem, improving customer experience through intelligent automation.

- Administer support tech stack (Zendesk, Salesforce, Slack, Linear)
- Design and implement AI-powered workflows and automation rules
- Build SOPs and knowledge base for scalable self-service
- Monitor performance metrics (CSAT, resolution rates, automation rates)
๐ Requirements
- Support operations or systems administration experience
- Technical fluency with APIs, integrations, and workflow automation
- Hands-on experience with Zendesk and Salesforce
- Analytical mindset using data to drive operational decisions
