Description

You will own and deliver quarterly goals for your team, leading engineers through ambiguity and collaborating with product, design, and analytics to solve open-ended growth problems. You'll shape high-impact consumer journeys across push, email, app, and web to improve conversion and customer value.

Requirements

• 4+ years of software engineering experience
• Experience with React Native or native mobile development
• Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and web frameworks like React or Vue
• Experience designing and launching backend systems at scale using Python, Kotlin, AWS, MySQL, Kubernetes
• Experience defining technical plans and writing high-quality, extensible code
