Description

You will migrate code for data science projects from Cloudera Data Science Workbench to Databricks, use BI tools like Tableau and Power BI to transform aircraft reliability and maintenance data into actionable insights, and work with cutting-edge platforms including AWS, GitLab, and JIRA to support DoD decision-makers.

Requirements

• Active Secret clearance; US Citizenship required
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, CS, Math, Statistics, or related field with 5+ years experience (Master's preferred)
• 7+ years professional or academic experience with Python, R, or SQL
• 3+ years hands-on experience with Tableau, Qlik, or Power BI
• 5+ years experience with JIRA and GitLab

Responsibilities

• Apply advanced analytical models and methodologies to solve complex scientific and business operations challenges
• Design and develop interactive reports and dashboards using Tableau, Qlik, or Power BI
• Analyze aircraft platforms and develop algorithms to detect system failures and performance issues
• Design, build, and manage data architecture and frameworks for data science projects
• Apply machine learning, NLP, and advanced programming techniques to analyze statistical data
