You'll own the design of Blank Street's consumer app and internal tools, combining user research and strategic thinking to deliver stellar customer experiences. You'll shape product direction and advocate for the customer at every stage, ensuring intentional and scalable design.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end design for consumer app from discovery to launch
• Design internal tools to improve operational workflows
• Plan and conduct user research to inform product strategy
• Partner with product and engineering to shape roadmaps

📋 Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in product design or equivalent
• Strong foundation in user research methodologies
• Experience with design systems and tokens in partnership with engineers
• Proven interpersonal and stakeholder skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Bachelor's degree in related field
• Experience with generative AI or personalization systems
• High proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
