Description

You will perform daily P&L reconciliations across global portfolios, investigate breaks with cross-functional teams, and produce daily variance reports. You'll finalize portfolio manager P&L for use in investment decisions and investor reporting, while driving process improvements and automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, mathematics, or related field
• 5+ years experience in product control, P&L, or operations at a hedge fund or asset manager
• Strong knowledge of financial instruments across multiple asset classes
• Proficiency in Excel
• Superior problem-solving and analytical skills

Responsibilities

• Perform daily P&L reconciliations between front-office and back-office systems
• Partner with Trade Support, Back Office, and Valuations teams to resolve P&L breaks
• Produce daily P&L variance reports and communicate key drivers
• Finalize portfolio manager P&L based on variance checks and analytical review
• Drive process improvements and automation in P&L reconciliation workflows
