🎯 What You'll Do

• Originate home loans through in-house mortgage banking operations
• Manage inbound pre-screened leads from internal lead generation team
• Advise customers on conventional, government, jumbo, and non-QM loan options

📋 Requirements

• 2-5 years of mortgage experience
• Proven track record in a fast-paced sales role
• Possess or ability to obtain Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license per SAFE Act
• High confidence and relationship skills
