You'll manage full-cycle employee onboarding from offer to day-1, partnering with Talent Acquisition and People Operations. You'll ensure a smooth, customer-centric experience while owning RNF registration and RCSA risk activities. This role offers direct exposure to the Chief People Officer and cross-functional collaboration.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Serve as primary contact for new hire onboarding
- Manage new hire trackers and equipment provisioning
- Coordinate welcome messages and compliance documentation
- Support RNF registration via MAS website
- Assist with RCSA control testing and results submission
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Human Resources administration
- Attention to detail and methodical mindset
- Experience in Talent Acquisition and/or People Operations
- Familiarity with HR tools such as Greenhouse and SuccessFactors
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience in banking or financial services
- Knowledge of Singapore MAS regulations
