You'll manage full-cycle employee onboarding from offer to day-1, partnering with Talent Acquisition and People Operations. You'll ensure a smooth, customer-centric experience while owning RNF registration and RCSA risk activities. This role offers direct exposure to the Chief People Officer and cross-functional collaboration.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Serve as primary contact for new hire onboarding
  • Manage new hire trackers and equipment provisioning
  • Coordinate welcome messages and compliance documentation
  • Support RNF registration via MAS website
  • Assist with RCSA control testing and results submission

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Human Resources administration
  • Attention to detail and methodical mindset
  • Experience in Talent Acquisition and/or People Operations
  • Familiarity with HR tools such as Greenhouse and SuccessFactors

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience in banking or financial services
  • Knowledge of Singapore MAS regulations
