You'll lead technical implementations for mid-market and enterprise customers, guiding them from onboarding to go-live. You'll drive customer relationships and revenue conversion while shaping the implementation process as the team scales. This role offers a chance to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and Customer Success.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build customer relationships and guide technical implementation projects.
• Document product functionality across web app and API.
• Develop and refine implementation best practices.
• Work cross-functionally with Sales and Customer Success to get customers live.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years in a customer-facing role supporting a technical product.
• Implementation management and SaaS experience preferred.
• SQL, APIs and integrations experience.
• Ability to collaborate with C-level execs, WFM leaders, and engineers.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience parsing code or writing SQL.
• Track record of pushing through roadblocks in unstructured environments.
