💼 About This Role

You'll partner with Account Executives to support enterprise clients evaluating Deel's platform for field services and onsite workforce management. You'll translate complex client needs into scalable, compliant solutions across APAC. This role prioritizes deep field services industry experience over traditional SE backgrounds.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead as technical authority for Deel's Field Services segment in enterprise pre-sales
• Own end-to-end technical sales cycle including discovery, demos, and RFPs
• Translate multi-jurisdictional requirements into compliant solution designs
• Advise on structuring workforce models like secondments and shadow payroll

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of practical experience in field services industries (oil & gas, mining, EPC, etc.)
• Firsthand understanding of workforce structure and deployment across jurisdictions
• Demonstrated ability to advise on compliant cross-border workforce arrangements
